Locations
Solarice offers two convient locations in the heart of Whistler Village. Visit us at the Village Gatehouse building above the Whistler Visitor Centre or at our Main Street location in the Delta Whistler Village Suites, down from the Gap and across from Zueski's.
Appointments & Cancellations
To best accommodate your needs, we suggest bookings be made at least one week in advance of your visit. Wellness and spa services are guaranteed with a credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No shows or cancellations received within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service. Cancellations for packages require 48 hours notice. Please notify us at the time of your reservation of any medical condition including high blood pressure, pregnancy, heat sensitivities or allergies so that we may recommend the appropriate services.
Tranquility
We strongly recommend that you escape during your treatments and engage in a meditative state. Please do not feel as if you have to talk. Our practitioners will respect your need for silence. If you do have questions or comments, they are happy to oblige.
Wellness & Spa Services for all Ages
Solarice offers services to everyone including young children. However guests under the age of 18 must have their treatment medical history forms co-signed by an adult guardian.
Arrival & Spa Attire
Please allow at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to check in, fill out a medical history form and change before beginning your relaxing wellness & spa experience. We invite you to arrive earlier or stay after your appointment and relax in our beautiful relaxation lounge (Main Street location) or enjoy a yoga class or private stretching session in our beautiful yoga studio (Village Gatehouse location). Solarice respects our guests' need for timeliness. Should you arrive late, your treatment will be modified to maximize the remaining time. Guests receiving multiple treatments are offered a robe and sandals and your belongings will be with you during treatments. We suggest that you leave jewelry and other personal items of value at home or in your guestroom safe. Most of our body treatments are performed without clothing, but please feel free to bring a bathing suit. You will be draped at all times to assure your privacy and comfort. Please shower prior to your treatment and showers area available to you following your treatments.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at the discretion of the guest. Generally, gratuities in the resort spa industry are given at 10 - 20%, similar to the restaurant industry. For groups of 10 or more people, a 15% service charge will be applied.
Gift Certificates & Products
Gift certificates for Solarice services are available at the centre or you may purchase on-line, by e-mail or fax. Many of Solarice's signature products are also available for purchase.

Wellness Retreats
Solarice offers a wide range of wellness retreats to fit every need. Retreats do not include accommodation or meals, except for light lunches where indicated. For accommodations, we provide a links page, which lists properties all within short walking distance of Solarice. On our links page you will also see a list of nearby restaurants that offer healthy cuisine.
Pricing
Solarice offers seasonal pricing and weekly specials. Residents living in the sea to sky corridor (Squamish to Pemberton/Mount Currie) are encouraged to sign up for special membership privileges. Frequent visitors and Whistler property owners may be interested in our service packages, which offer volume discounts. Please call us to inquire.
