To help make your first hours in Whistler go smoothly when renting gear, we have put together a few little secrets that can be invaluable to getting in and out of the rental shop as painless as possible!

• Come visit us at night - evening's are our slowest time of day and can make it much faster for yourself when you are picking up equipment, especially with the family!
• Have a credit card with you! Even though you leave your credit card details at our site...our staff still need to take a credit card impression for security deposit on our rentals.
• Have our staff help you with boot fit...ski boots unfortunately don't work very well when they are loose on your feet, you definitely won't have control of your skis when they fit loose!
• Have our staff size you up in the store to get the right length to help make your day on the hill more enjoyable!
• Did we mention come at night! Honestly the best kept secret in the rental business...our store is busiest first thing in the morning and again as soon as the ski hill closes until dinner...if you come after dinner, you will definitely have the easiest time getting your gear organized!
